I'm back at it! Track me as I train with Team in Training for the Seattle Rock n' Roll Marathon and raise money to fight blood cancers. As this season's Mission Captain, I am newly dedicated to raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of my good friend, Bjorn.

I have to say I read your blog from time to time and although 12 miles is impressive I am a little disappointed that you fail to touch on important subjects such as the awesomeness of headbands.
